During the winter league season, West Essex League matches will be held on Mondays and Ilford League matches on Wednesdays, both at the Redbridge Sports & Leisure Centre.

For season 2011-12 we will be fielding 2 teams in the Senior British League, one in Division 1 & one in Division 2, as well as 2 National Junior League and 2 National Cadet League teams. We also run 8 Ilford League and 6 West Essex League teams. 

Adult practice sessions for all abilities are held on Mondays & Wednesdays, 19.30-22.30
