We are based in Studio 3 on the 2nd floor of the new Jean Brown Indoor Arena at Redbridge Sports & Leisure Centre, Forest Road, Barkingside, Ilford, IG6 3HD. Saturday junior coaching takes place at the sports hall at The Palmer Catholic Academy, Aldborough Road South, Seven Kings, IG3 8EU (entry via Lombard Avenue).

Redbridge Sports & Leisure Centre is next to Fairlop London Underground Station on the Central Line. From London, just take a Central Line train with the destination *Hainault via Newbury Park*, or *Woodford via Hainault*.

The Centre is a five minute walk along Forest Road from Fulwell Cross Roundabout, Barkingside, which is served by six London Bus routes:
